This very easy quilt is a really good one for beginners and will a breeze for more advanced quilters. Our sample is done in a throw size, but you can make yours bigger. This is a great project to use those fat quarters you've been collecting! Kit Available!



Fabric Requirements (Throw size):

13 Fat Quarters
Accent & Border 1 - 5/8 yard
Backing - 4 2/3 yard
Binding - 5/8 yard

Church Ladies Apron

This pattern is a blast from the past and could possibly be the same style apron your mom or grandma wore back then. It's reversible, so you'll nd up with two-in-one!



Fabric Requirements:


Two - 1 yard pieces of 45" wide cotton fabric
Thread to match both fabrics
Optional: 8" strip of Velcro brand hook and loop fastener

Freedom Flags

1/3 yard each of 6 different blues

This will be a three-part class to cover the pieced blocks, the applique blocks (yep, the "A" word), wool felt applique and embroidery, and lastly, putting it all together. Get a jump start on a great autumn quilt!

6 assorted fat quarters for sky

6 assorted fat quarters for houses

6 assorted fat quarters for house fronts

6 assorted fat quarters for roofs

2 assorted fat quarters for embroidery blocks

scraps for window, doors, baskets, nine patch, moons, and star blocks.

1 yard total for scrappy border. It's made from 2 1/2" random strips

Quilted Baby Shoes

Need a sweet gift for a new baby? Impress everyone with quilted baby shoes! You will need to come prepared with your fabric quilted, either a small grid or a small stipple. Or, you can purchase one of our pre-quilted kits for $5.

Fabric requirements:
2 coordinating squares 12" x 12" quilted with a thin batting in between!
Ribbon, bows, buttons, anything to embellish with!

Self-Binding Baby Receiving Blanket

This is a great way to make a receiving blanket that you don't have to bind! The technique features a mitered border that looks hard to do, but it's really easy!

Fabric Requirements:

1 square 30" square for top

1 square 40" square for bottom

This little cutie is slightly larger than a credit card and is loaded with four pockets for all of your cards, coins & cash! From a Fat Quarter you can make 2 wallets!

Fabric Requirements:
1 Fat Quarter (or various fabrics to equal a 1/4 yard)

Velcro - 1/2" of sew-in

Button - 3/4"-1" size for decoration ONLY. No-shank works best.

This is such a dramatic quilt! If you come prepared with all the pieces pre-cut and ready to sew, you should be able to make the top in this 4 hour class. This is a good one to feature those fabrics you just can't bear to cut into small pieces!
